Q – What date is the Virtual meeting?
A: The Virtual meeting is available on-demand and you can view the presentations at your own convenience and your own pace.
Q – When can I access:
A: Access is granted within 2 business days following receipt of payment.
Q – How do I access:
A: You will receive an email from KnowledgeConnex providing detailed instructions to log in to the meeting and course. It may come from an individual with the extension @knowledgeconnex.com. We encourage and remind you to monitor your SPAM and/or Junk mail. Should you not receive the email with access instructions, please feel free to follow the link provided in your Registration Receipt email (or whatever it’s called).
Login using: https://www.elearningconnex.com. Your username is your email address and your password is your last name (unless you previously changed your password). Password is case sensitive.
After you login, you will be taken to “My Courses”.
· Under My Courses, you will see a link to your new online course.
· Click on the link to your course.
· Then go to the bottom of the page and you will see a heading “Course Content”. Click on the course or session name under the heading Course Content.
*** IMPORTANT ***
If you do not see “Course Content” at the bottom of the page or “Start Course” on the blue button on the right side of the page (see screenshot) then you will need to refresh your browser. Learn more about refreshing your browser.
Q – How long do I have access to the courses:
A: You will have 60 days to complete the course after access has been granted.
Q – Do I have to complete all in one session:
A: No, you do not have to finish in one setting. You can continue where you left off next time you log on.
Q – When will I receive my CE Certificate:
A: You will have access to the CE AFTER you click on EACH link under Course Content. You can access by going to “My Certificates”. When you click on a certificate, the certificate will either automatically download or will automatically appear. This will depend on your browser.
Q – Once I have paid for the courses, may I cancel:
A: On demand webinars are non-refundable.
